BSF Paramedical Age Limit
Constable: 18 to 25 years
Sub Inspector: 21 to 30 years
Assistant Sub Inspector: 18 to 25 years for Lab Technician, 20 to 27 years for Physiotherapist
Head Constable: 18 to 25 years
Inspector: Not exceeding 30 years
BSF Paramedical Salary / Pay Scale
Constable: Level-3 ₹ 21,700 – 69,100/-
Sub Inspector: Level-6 ₹ 35,400 – 1,12,400/-
Assistant Sub Inspector: Level-5 ₹ 29,200 – 92,300/-
Head Constable: Level-4 ₹ 25,500 – 81,100/-
Inspector: Level-7 ₹ 44,900 – 1,42,400/-
BSF Paramedical Eligibility Criteria
Sub Inspector: 10+2 or its equivalent.
Constable: Matriculation /10th Class Pass.
Assistant Sub Inspector: Degree / Diploma.
Head Constable: Matriculation.
Inspector: Bachelor Degree.

How to Apply BSF Paramedical Recruitment 2024 Candidates must apply online through the BSF website, as no other modes of application will be accepted. To register, visit the BSF website at www.bsf.gov.in and create a one-time profile by filling out all the required information. This profile will be used for all future BSF advertisements. Ensure you have a valid email ID and mobile number for registration and profile creation. Carefully enter all the requested information in the profile and click the “SAVE” button to save the details.
Next, upload images of your recent passport-sized photograph, signature, thumb impression, and other supportive documents, each with a maximum size of 50 KB. There is no fee for filling out the One-Time Profile (OTR). After logging in, view the active advertisements under the Online Application link. To apply for a post, click the “Click Here to Apply” link next to the relevant advertisement.
Before final submission, ensure that all relevant fields in the application are filled correctly, as editing is not possible after final submission. Female candidates, Ex-servicemen, and SC/ST candidates are exempt from paying the examination fee, while other candidates must pay the fee for their application to be considered. Examination fees can be paid via net banking, debit card, credit card, or the nearest authorized Common Service Centre.
Closing Date: The last date for submission of application will be 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment Newspaper dated 18th May 2024 Issue (i.e. last date will be 17/06/2024).
