CPCL Executive Age Limit:
28 years for Officer (HR) and Officer (CC).
30 years for Officer (Medical) and Officer (Secretarial).
Age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
CPCL Executive Salary:
Candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000 on a basic pay of ₹ 50,000/- in Grade ‘A’ in Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness.
CPCL Executive Eligibility Criteria:
Officer (HR):
(1) Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Social Work, or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/Human Resources.
(2) Minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC candidates).
Officer (CC):
(1) Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with specialization in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
(2) Minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Officer (Medical):
(1) MBBS degree from a recognized university approved by the Medical Council of India.
(2) Preference for candidates with AIFH, Diploma in Industrial Health, MD in Community Medicine, or DNB.
(3) Minimum two years of post-qualification work experience in an industrial hospital, reputed hospital, or nursing home.
Officer (Secretarial):
(1) Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
(2) Minimum 50% marks in the final examination of ICSI.
(3) Minimum two years of post-qualification work experience in a Company Secretarial set-up of a private/public sector or a reputed listed company.

CPCL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Engineering Assistant-IV: 03 years Diploma in relevant discipline.
Fire and Safety: Matric (Class X) plus Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or equivalent.
Junior Quality Control Analyst: B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject.
Experience:
Category 1 – Candidates with One-year Experience.
Category 2 – Candidates with Three-years’ Experience.
Age Limit:
Maximum 30 years for some posts. Maximum 26 years for all other posts.
The Upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, Plus 10 years for PwBD.
The Upper age limit as on 1st February 2024.
CPCL Recruitment 2024 Salary:
Category 1 Posts: Candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹ 25,000-1,05,000/- on a basic pay of ₹ 25,000/- in Grade IV in Non-Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness.
Category 2 Posts: Candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹ 25,000-1,05,000/- in Grade IV in Non-Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness. In addition to the Basic Pay of ₹ 25,000/- two Grade Increments at the rate of 3% each will be provided at the time of joining.
Other Posts: The selected candidates, subject to medical fitness, will be paid gross monthly stipend of ₹ 44,000/-.
