Educational Qualifications:
Engineering Discipline: Regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Civil or equivalent.
F&A Discipline: Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy.
HR Discipline: Regular fulltime two-year MBA /Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma or equivalent with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent.
IT Discipline: Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
CS Discipline: Graduate with Associate/ Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Law Discipline: Regular full time Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA (OR) Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law.
CSR Discipline: Regular fulltime two-year MBA/ PGDM/ PGD or equivalent in Social Work or equivalent.
Experience:
Deputy Manager: 07 years’ post qualification executive experience.
Officer: 02 years’ post qualification executive experience.
