South Eastern Railway Medical Practitioner Age Limit:
The maximum age for initial engagement is 53 years, and for re-engagement, it is 65 years or completion of 12 terms, whichever comes first. Each engagement term should not exceed one year. Retired/Government doctors have a maximum age limit of 67 years and 7 terms.
South Eastern Railway Medical Practitioner Salary:
✔️ GDMO: ₹ 75,000/- per month
✔️ Specialists: For 1st Year – ₹ 95,000/- per month, 2nd year – ₹ 1,05,500/- per month
South Eastern Railway Medical Practitioner Eligibility Criteria:
For Specialists: (Medicine, Anesthesiologist, Pathologist, Orthopedics, ENT Specialist)
(1) Degree in medicine i.e. MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India.
(2) A post Graduate qualification / DNB in the relevant subject/field recognized by the Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.
(3) 03 years experience in Clinical work after Post graduation in the specialty concerned as on the date of interview is desirable.
For GDMO:
(1) MBBS (Degree in medicine) recognized by the Medical Council of India.
(2) Candidates must be registered with MCI / MMC.
